Cootamundra Classic

Well, it's time to get your entries in for Cootamundra. Entries close sunday 12th August, and the race is on 25-26th.
It's an excellent weekend of racing with a nice 120km race on the Saturday with plenty of sprints for the limit riders (i collected 2 of the first 3 sprints one year). Sunday's recovery race is 69km on what they call the suicide course, it has a reasonable hill about halfway into each of the 3 laps, last year i pulled out a 6th place, so if your bunch works they can usually stay away (2nd bunch to leave is the pick).
This weekend will be your last chance for a good road open before Grafton (unless you wish to drive up to inverell for a race), and i reccomend it to any planning to ride Grafton.
I think that's the lot... hope to get a good turnout for the weekend. I'm sure you'll enjoy it.
