First Waterfall ride

I finally completed my first Waterfall ride on Sunday and servived! Alot of learning to be done though, sorry to anyone that I annoyed.

well it can get easier, when i was doing my 700km weeks, my waterfall ride was one of my cruisy rides. At the moment if John wasnt riding waterfall as well, compared to going riding with him, waterfall would be a nice ride through the park too :D but with him there it requires recovery time?!
