Road Cycling Shoes

Hi everybody,
Can anyone suggest a brand and outlet where I can get road shoes that fit my wide feet.
After a few changes to bike set-up and a fair bit of road time, the only problem I am suffering from now is painful feet caused by my narrow Shimano shoes.
I find that most of the manufacturer's web sites fail to describe the width of their fittings.
Cheers
Peter.

SIDI do a 'mega' version of all their shoes which are specifically designed for wide feet.

I too have flippers and I have tried a variety over the years

Specialized - not wide enough
Sidi megas - OK

The best by a country mile so far has been Lake branded shoes. Found a pair in a sale once when in Victoria last year and never looked back.

Seem to be reasonably priced as well.

I have quite wide feet and I'm enjoying great success with Lake shoes at the moment. They are not euro enough for me though, so when I'm overseas I'm going to try some Northwaves or some of those Specialized ones on for size.
Lake though, are fantastic.
