3 Gorges: Saturday 23rd November

Hi All,

Debating doing the 3 Gorges on Saturday morning leaving The Marrick Cafe at 6am (weather permitting - and I am a VERY fair weather cyclist).

Who's in? Just to note, last time I organised a ride I was dropped like it's hot again and again and again. If you do come, please do me the courtesy of not dropping me. If you are faster than me and you are up for a training ride, perhaps this is not the ride for you. If you want to come at 28+/middies pace where we will be going easy on the way out (UP the Pacific Hwy) and regrouping at the top of each gorge then I would say this is the ride for you!

Who's keen?

1. Jo

Sure! Will probably go up Enmore Rd, King St, City Rd, right on to Broadway, left on to Wattle and then across Pyrmont Bridge and Kent St Cycleway.

Not sure sorry Ben. It's been months since I did this ride. Maybe 5 hours for you being on the north side?

Hang on... I smell a trap!
Aren't you the same "Jo is a Legend - of the Rapha Gentlemans Ride" fame?

Haha, thanks Peter. I'm sure the boys will tell you it was not 'legend' status because I was fast. It was for not crying before the last Galston Climb.

All, the weather is looking supremely dicey for the big descents tomorrow morning. Watch this space.

Jo
