Ok I don't post here a lot, and I don't know if any one will read this, but Tom Bolton did a 1:07 in the Kilo at the track Nats...
This is quite fast, and possibly the fastest any one from our club has done in a while, I don't know what Mr Muscles Pat was doing, but he is an out and out sprinter.
(in Context, My little brother used to ride a 1:12 or so. (In saying that, it wasn't his specialty, and he was able to keep it up for each kilo of the 4000m time trial))

Wow!

Just spoke to Simon B and seeing as I am in the vicinity I'll go to the Darebin Velodrome this arvo and cheer on Tom in the Scratch race.

That's a great time! Well done Tom!

I spoke to Pat about 2 years ago at Dunc Gray whilst watching the Nationals, he mentioned he was doing a 1:04 kilo, which put him in or near the medals... If he was selected by nsw.

Tom is on before 4ish - maybe 3:30. But he's got more tomorrow and Saturday. If he gets in the final of the scratch, that's tonight.
