Awesome 28s ride
Just wanted to say thanks to all the 28 riders today for a great, safe and enjoyable ride. After a months hiatus I was nervous in a bunch with my wrists but I felt really safe, with enjoyable and consistent pacing from the riders on the front. i was probably the worst pacer, but was quickly told when out of line. The pace line with the 8 riders on the way back from Waterfall was one of the smoothest and pleasant pace lines I've been in.

I agree. I had a friend come who *gasp*, is from my triathlon club, but she was blown away by the well formed bunch, calling etc. despite the size. Though this might say more about triathletes than our bunch...
I was 25's Ride Leader but with only 4 of us we jumped on to the back of the 28's. Thanks to Karzie for stopping with me to help our young friends change a flat tyre (bring tyre levers next week lads!) and dawdling our way to Engadine and the servo.
