I'm heading to Orange this weekend for *cough* a triathlon *cough*. The triathlon is actually on the Saturday but we're staying until the Sunday to take in some of the delights of the local wineries on Saturday afternoon.
On Sunday morning we're hoping to do a 70-9km ride. I've never been to Orange so can anyone suggest any routes or safe places to go? We'll be on our TT bikes so flattish roads are preferred (triathletes don't like to climb hills).
Thanks!
Orange: The Town, not the fruit
Well... it's not the flattest place and in most cases over that distance you will encounter some degree of climb.
The Orange Cycle Club is a good spot to start as they map out some of their club routes:

Have a look over this Strava for a few others: http://www.strava.com/athletes/339579
Here is a bit of an idea of topography out to the south:

Hope that is of some assistance.....

That's awesome. Thanks Nick.
I did debate contacting the OCC but they likely won't appreciate TT riders. But just to get some routes that they frequent is a good start.

He's a really nice guy (I know him)
He's also a wine maker, runs an engineering office, and somehow has a large family to boot!
