Would anyone like to sell one to me for Roseli cranks? although I think the bolt pattern is pretty much standard. I need to go to 90.6 for RAW and of course omni

Are you sure you only want to go to 90.6 not 92.

ok I've got 92 on board now.
It was mentioned train on 92 race on 90.
generally, train lower and race higher?

Ok, I didn't know you were training on 92, you could always train on 94 as 90 may be a bit small for DGV. I was told to ride either 92 or 94 at DGV.

Depends on whether your a masher or a spinner.

I'm finding 92 a little low for DGV.

spinner - it's becoming more apparent to save energy

mick, jump up to 94 or so for your training, and race on 92 or so or go up to 96, and race on 94

92 is a solid gear for Dunc. You can race & train on the same gear too. It's not mandatory to switch at every possible moment & if not done properly probably won't be beneficial either. My advice would be to train and race on 92 for about 6 months before swapping and changing. From memory I rode the first year of my track riding on 92 and even won Div 2 at winter series on a smaller gear than that from memory.

But there is a lot to learn about technique, developing a good pedal stroke and spinning different cadences in races before you start pushing a strength building gear. Strength is good but you will actually get a better acceleration with utilizing cadence than strength.
