The Mudgee opens are on the 7th and 8th of July, to coincide with the Tour start.
The races weren't held last year, but my memories of previous years are quite good, and it is a very enjoyable course.
Unfortunately i have something already on that weekend, so i'll have to miss out, but let me know if you're interested, and try and find out the details of who's going, etc. I think Alan may be travelling to these races, so you can also speak to him.

Looks like some nice courses, maybe i'll have to see if i can make it. The Saturday is the same as in previous years, from what i remember, though the start/finish is in a different spot. While the sunday looks like a bit of fun, especially with that nice climb. It's the sort of race i would try to attack them on the second lap, especially in C or D grade as it's only 60km, and once you're at the top it's all downhill to the finish (apart from that climb interrupting it).
I may have to try to get there, even if i only go for the Sunday.
Anyway, hopefully this will get you a bit more interested.
